The Journey
It all started in 2020. I got hired as an assistant chocolatier at a nearly century-old chocolaterie. I fell in love with the craft immediately as I've always been one for the elusive mix of science, art, and culinary!
As an avid learner I had an insatiable appetite to just know and do more. I eventually became the Head Chocolatier and Production Manager, kept learning, and eventually found myself at a the Chocoa Chocolate Conference in Amsterdam as an aspiring business owner and Professional Chocolatier.
So here we are. 5 years, loads of learning, traveling, and growing-- the arrival of Cascadia Chocolate Company is near.
